<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH AECOM (FORMERLLY SPILUS CANDELA) <br /> <br /> <br />Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Parking <br />Garage <br />As part of a corporate campus expansion <br />for Blue Cross and Blue Sheild of Florida <br />(BCBSF), AECOM designed a parking garage to <br />accommodate additional employees. Originally <br />designed a cast-in-place concrete structure, <br />Haskell and AECOM worked together to redesign <br />the garage to be a precast structure, saving the <br />owner $2 million and 2 months of construction <br />time. The garage is approximately 560,000 square <br />feet with 1,500 spaces. Jacksonville, FL, BCBSF selected AECOM to <br />design multiple phases of their headquarters <br />I campus. Haskell was selected to perform <br />preconstruction and construction management <br />services. The development is on a 130-acre <br />site, currently consisting of seven office buildings <br />totaling over 1 million square feet, conference <br />center, multi-purpose training center, and full- <br />service kitchens and cafeterias. Haskell recently <br />provided CM services for the expansion of the campus to consist of two addition class A office buildings. The <br />structure is cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioned. The skin is a combination of APC and glass. Haskell worked with AECOM and provided <br />complete preconstruction and construction management <br />services for the project. The complex was built with a high-tech, <br />computerized building management system, controlling multiple <br />systems within the building. The building exterior is constructed of <br />concrete tilt-up panels with brick veneer and architectural precast <br />accent elements.
