PROJECT EXECUTION

2. We are an integrated design-build firm and have parking garage
architects and engineers that work right along side your proposed
construction team. They will review the plans and provide true value
engineering solutions others might not consider. In fact, we have a
solution for the "Big V's" that can save you tens of thousands of dollars,
be more durable and require less maintenance!
3. Our long standing relationship with AECOM (see page 11) including the
BCBS parking garage.
4. Excellent combination of experience with high-end park I public space
and parking garages. See page 10.
5. We have a plan to minimize the footprint we need to construct the
garage, so you get to keep more of the existing parking lot during
construction.

10) A statement addressing the Firm's present and projected workload and how
this Project will be scheduled within that workload.

Like most firms in today's economic climate, Haskell has less workload
projected going forward than we currently have at present. Therefore,
the construction team assigned to your project is available to begin work
immediately and we do not anticipate any occurrence where this project
could be affected by Haskell's workload.

11) Third Party evidence that the Firm has the required license, insurance, and
financial and bonding capabilities necessary to fulfill their responsibilities for the
Project. The City may require supplementary evidence of financial stability prior
to signing a contract for the Project. Note the City is a public body subject to the
State of Florida Public Records Law. Information submitted as part of this RFQ
may be subject to public release.

Please see following enclosed information regarding Haskell's bonding
capacity, licensure, and proof of insurance. Additional information is
available upon request.

~ !!t!BI!~!:.

"At all times, your
corporate and
project staffs, and
most importantly,
your workforce
demonstrated a strong
commitment to safety.
Your safety plan was
of excellent quality.
You did a superior
job assessing the
risks of the project
and mitigating them
to render them safe.
Your day-to-day
management of the
project in a safe and
hazard free manner
was most impressive."

Daniel P. King,
Capt., CEC, USN
U.S. Naval Academy
Annapolis

15
