As Project Director, Don will have primary responsibility for customer satisfaction and project execution. As evidenced by his resume, he has completed several parking garage projects for Haskell in the past few years and worked with AECOM on the Nassau County Courthouse project. Don has the experience to provide options to the City that can reduce cost, speed up the process, and help you reach your goals. Don's resume is on page 5. Chris Kruayai is the proposed Project Manager and Rick Craven is the proposed Superintendent. Chris will manage the day to day contractual and administrative duties of the project and Rick will build the project at the site. They will work hand in hand with you to execute the project. As indicated by their respective resumes, both have completed several parking garage projects - including three as a team. Additionally, Chris and Rick recently completed the $100 million, AECOM-designed Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBS) Southside Campus Expansion. This project included two large class A office buildings and a 1500 space parking garage. They worked closely with AECOM to re-design the cast-in-place concrete structure to a faster, less-expensive pre-cast concrete system. Chris' resume is on page 6 and Rick's resume is on page 7. In addition to pairing up on other projects, all three key team members worked together on two parking garages, the Arena Garage and the Sports Garage. During the pre-construction phase, Chris Holmes, AlA, LEED AP, Haskell's most accomplished parking garage designer, will review the design documents and provide value engineering assistance to the team. In the last five years, Chris has designed nine Haskell parking garages. His suggestions for structural systems, lighting, materials and parking garage design will save Sunny Isles Beach real money and significant time.
