<br />RESUMES <br />PROJECT DIRECTOR <br /> <br />DON KARTZMARK I PROJECT DIRECTOR <br /> <br />Joining Haskell in 1998 with a strong combination of management, <br />construction, and marketing experience, Don serves as the leader of <br />Haskell's Parking Solution Division. This division specializes in teaming with <br />clients to solve their parking related issues with innovative solutions. <br /> <br />As Project Director, Don is the owner's primary point of contact during <br />the course of the project. He handles owner communication and <br />contract administration. Don orchestrates and remains responsible for <br />all preconstruction and construction activities, including cost estimating, <br />submission of GMP, creating project schedule and overall supervision of <br />project personnel. <br /> <br />REPRESENTATIVE PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Florida Community College of Jacksonville Parking Garage - a 535- <br />space, four-level parking garage on an active college campus. <br /> <br />City of Ft.
