<br />RESPONSIBILITIES
<br />His primary function is to provide overa~1 ma~age~ent
<br />direction and administration for the project, Including:
<br />(1) initiate and maintain liaison with FlU in order to e~se
<br />construction activities; (2) Monitor/control construction
<br />through administrative direction of project manager and
<br />superintendents; and (3) Establish project objectives,
<br />policies, procedures and performance standards.
<br />
<br />Additionally Fernando will be responsible for the overall
<br />management of project, which includes management
<br />and supervision of the production of all contract
<br />administration documents including requests for
<br />information; shop drawings log; change order requests,
<br />coordination and correspondence to architects and
<br />engineers, owners and subcontractors; schedule tracki~g
<br />and identifying problems and potential problems with
<br />plan specifications and subcontractors, among others.
<br />
<br />EXPERIENCE
<br />Responsible for over 250 projects ranging in a wide variety
<br />of educational, commercial, institutional, industrial and
<br />custom residential experience encompassing both new
<br />structures and rehabilitation of historical facilities. The
<br />gamut of experience includes masonry reinforced concrete,
<br />steel superstructure and modular construction. Most of
<br />the projects required estimating, bidding and negotiations
<br />in addition to general coordination and supervision; cost
<br />estimates; enforcement of quality control; client negotiations
<br />and dealings with private or public sector agencies.
<br />
<br />Fernando's relevant project experience in a supervisory
<br />capacity includes the following:

<br />Sunny Isles Beach Community K-8 Center, Sunny Isles,
<br />FL - CM-at-Risk of a new Multi-story K-8 Facility designed to
<br />house 1,642 student stations, on 2.1 acres One of the key
<br />
<br />
<br />components of the project
<br />was a multi-story parking
<br />garage constructed on
<br />pilings and grade beams in
<br />a coastal environment. The
<br />parking garage included
<br />an elevator and occupied
<br />areas at ground level, with
<br />physical education and
<br />custodial uses.

<br />Westland Hialeah Sr.
<br />High School, Hialeah,

<br />FL - Design-Build of a new Senior High School complex
<br />composed of multiple buildings, EHPA and courtyards to
<br />house 1,839 student stations (322,084 SF). One of the key
<br />components of the project was a multi-story, 150-space,
<br />cast in place parking garage

<br />Build of a new Middle school facility including 3 buildings.

<br />SF elementary school facility including 3 buildings.
