STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS RESUMES Gus Fernandez Construction Experience: 21 Years CERTIFICA TIONS State Certified Journeyman Carpenter OSHA 30 Hour LICENSES Florida General Contractor's License, CGC062001 RESPONSIBILITIES Gus has extensive experience in the pre-construction phase of Construction Management Projects. He will be responsible for analyzing and defining the extent of scope and facility requirements in relation to the site and budget. Develop a Master Schedule identifying major milestones for design and construction, Develop Value Engineer solutions to optimize project estimate and ensure constructability, among others. During the construction phase, Gus will be responsible for overseeing both assistant project managers. EXPERIENCE Gus has close to 20 years experience in construction, with a heavy emphasis on commercial and educational facilities. He is an expert scheduler and has extensive experience working both at commercial and civil projects; this gives him an edge with issues like phasing, planning for construction in occupied sites and extensive knowledge of sub-contractors and vendors.
