<br />ing but not limited to: Cost & Risk Management, Schedule
<br />update, Sub-contractor & Vendor Billing, adequate reporting
<br />to Owner and MCM Management, Produce requisition and
<br />schedules of values for updates to job cost reports, coordi-
<br />nation of Team Meetings to maintain clear lines of commu-
<br />nications.

<br />EXPERIENCE
<br />Paul has over 7 years experience working with clients such
<br />as Miami International Airport, Miami-Dade County Public
<br />Schools and more recently the City of Miami Beach. He has
<br />experience building both parking garages and park & sports
<br />facilities, so he is perfectly suited to assist in the supervision
<br />of this project.

<br />Paul's relevant project experience in a supervisory capacity

<br />FL - This project consist of partial restoration, renovation
<br />and addition to existing (2) story AuditoriumlBeach Patrol
<br />Headquarters facility, improvements to accessibility, life
<br />safety and partial site improvements included.

<br />Westland Hialeah Sr. High School, Hialeah, FL - Design-
<br />Build of a new 4-story Senior High School complex composed
<br />of multiple buildings, Courtyards to house 1,839 student
<br />stations (322,084 SF). One of the key components of the
<br />project was a multi-story, 150-space, cast in place parking
<br />garage

<br />Country Club Middle School, Miami Lakes, FL - Design-
