REGISTRATIONS Washington, Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio PROFESSIONAL AFFILlA TIONS Florida Parking Association RESPONSIBILITIES Mr. Ebert will be responsible for assessing the architectural and structural scope, as well as the ingress and egress patterns of the project to provide Value Engineering options and constructability review during the pre-construction phase. EXPERIENCE Mr. Ebert is the Executive VP for Tim Haahs and is one of the nation's leading parking consultants with over 40 years of experience, participating on over 500 parking structure projects. He has a thorough understanding of all aspects of parking structure planning, design, and construction. Mr. Ebert specializes in developing functional design layouts for complex and mixed-use parking facilities. He has managed successful projects for the Miami Parking Authority, the Union Station Redevelopment Corporation (Washington, DC), and a variety of other corporate, governmental, transit, and healthcare clients. He participated as a peer reviewer and quality control specialist on over 200 parking structure projects. Bill's relevant project experience in a supervisory capacity includes the following: Miami Courthouse Garage, Miami, FL - This 850 space, mixed-use facility, adjacent to the new Federal Courthouse in downtown Miami, will house two retail spaces on the ground floor, and more than 30,000 square feet of office space, including the Miami Parking Authority's administrative offices. City of Naples Public Parking Facility, Naples, FL - This four tier, 341 space facility provided much needed parking to employees and customers of the exclusive Fifth Avenue South shopping area, in addition to supporting the Naples Players Theater located directly adjacent to the facility. MBNA Southern Regional Headquarters Phase II Parking Garage, Boca Raton, FL - The 499 space employee garage blends into the campus, and features an attractive fagade. Union Station Parking Expansion, Washington, DC - TimHaahs designed the expansion, renovation, and beautification of the parking garage serving historic Union Station. The expansion added 1000 spaces on five levels of cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete, increasing the garage capacity to 2,500 spaces. Kent County Courthouse Parking Garage, Warwick, RI - This attractive 531 space garage serves the adjacent courthouse complex. Security was a critical consideration in the design, and a separate judges' entrance provides access to 27 designated spaces requiring special security considerations. Norristown Transportation Center, Norristown, PA, TimHaahs designed the new intermodal facility, which includes a 522 space garage and bus terminal.
