<br /> <br />1.5.7 RECENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE (TIM HAAHS) <br />MIAMI COURTHOUSE PARKING GARAGE <br /> <br />------, <br /> <br /> <br />The Miami Parking Authority is constructing a state-of-the- <br />art multi-million dollar facility adjacent to the new Federal <br />Courthouse in downtown Miami. TimHaahs served as the <br />prime design firm, providing full architectural and parking <br />design services for this significant new facility. TimHaahs <br />designed the 850 space facility for a future horizontal . <br />expansion that would add 300 additional parking spaces. <br /> <br />This garage will house two retail spaces on the ground floor . <br />and more than 20,000 square feet of office space, including <br />the Miami Parking Authority's administrative offices. The . <br />Courthouse Center Parking Plaza's striking architectural <br />features, street "liners" on the second and third floor facades, . <br />and blue glass create a pleasing aesthetic effect.
