TimHaahs updated and enhanced the <br />architectural aesthetics of the facility and significantly <br />improved the functionality of the garage. <br /> <br />Improvements include a new archway fa~ade and illuminated <br />signage on the east and west faces of the garage. The <br />fa~ade concept refinement study enhanced the selected <br />fa~ade concept, and identified architectural features that <br />improved the aesthetics of the facility. The four tier facility measures 260' x 120' and <br />provides 341 spaces. The use of a cistern linked to the sprinkler <br />system will collect for rain water to maintain the surrounding <br />landscape.
