Our M/WBE CM partner (CES, former Sim-G <br />T ~chnologies) developed a check list based on the specs and approved submittals and assigned a qualified engineer <br />to be the independent QNQC inspecto'r. This person visited the site every day to check the, quality and conformance <br />to Contract Documents. If an infraction was observed, they would inform the project superintendent and the trade <br />contractor. The trade contractor would have 24 or 48 hours to remedy the infraction or they would be written up and <br />a notice of non-conformance would be sent to the trade contractor's office. <br /> <br />10.
