PROJECT APPROACH Pavarini's approach to the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH HERITAGE PARK & PARKING GARAGE project will consist of six major components: . Project Orientation . Organization, Planning, and Schedule . Site logistics · SaFety . Construction Administration and Execution . Delivery The four major groups comprising the key Project Team members include: . Owner . Design Team Professionals . Governing and Inspection Authorities . Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors The Pavarini team will be directed by our operations manager assigned to this project. likewise, this individual will lead the team of managers and superintendents assigned to the project. Our team will be ready to start upon selection and will begin coordination of the major components with the project team members. PROJEO ORIENTATION Pavarini's first objective is to assemble, review, and thoroughly familiarize team members with all existing project information available to date related to our tasks and responsibilities on the project. This includes but is not limited to: Understanding in greater detail: . Project program and goals . Design intent, Architect's Vision . Design I construction documents . Coordination meetings with AlE's . Site conditions I Coordination meetings with Subcontractors . Concerns and constraints of neighboring properties I businesses . Concerns and constraints of jurisdictional authorities . Identifiable project risks . Value Engineering analysis .
