PROJECT APPROACH <br /> <br />Pavarini's approach to the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH HERITAGE PARK & PARKING GARAGE project will consist of six major <br />components: <br /> <br />. Project Orientation <br />. Organization, Planning, and Schedule <br />. Site logistics <br />· SaFety <br />. Construction Administration and Execution <br />. Delivery <br /> <br />The four major groups comprising the key Project Team members include: <br /> <br />. Owner <br /> <br />. Design Team Professionals <br />. Governing and Inspection Authorities <br />. Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors <br /> <br />The Pavarini team will be directed by our operations manager assigned to this project. likewise, this individual will lead the <br />team of managers and superintendents assigned to the project. Our team will be ready to start upon selection and will begin <br />coordination of the major components with the project team members. <br /> <br />PROJEO ORIENTATION <br /> <br />Pavarini's first objective is to assemble, review, and thoroughly familiarize team members with all existing project information <br />available to date related to our tasks and responsibilities on the project. Design I construction documents <br />. Coordination meetings with AlE's <br />. Site conditions I Coordination meetings with Subcontractors <br />. Concerns and constraints of neighboring properties I businesses <br />. Concerns and constraints of jurisdictional authorities <br />. Identifiable project risks <br />. Value Engineering analysis <br />.
