We will meet with the other Project Team <br />members to define: <br /> <br />. The initial organization of the other team groups as it relates to the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH HERITAGE PARK & <br />PARKING GARAGE project and developing a partnering approach to define each party's priorities. <br />. A clear definition of the roles and authority levels of various Team Members. <br />. Procedures and guidelines for clear and timely communication with the Project Team <br />. Refine the construction schedule with client to meet program needs <br />. Working with city staff to expedite handling of permitting process <br />. Strategic planning for buy-out process <br />. Safety Program <br />. Information Dissemination <br />. Constructability Reviews <br />. Mock-ups / Models <br />· Logistics <br />· Parking <br />. Material Handling Program <br />. Project Housekeeping plan <br />. Security plan <br />. QA/QC plan <br /> <br />Given the information assembled in the orientation process, Pavarini will refine our staging and logistics plans to address any <br />constraints not realized at the time of submission. Next, we will distribute the comprehensive project Critical Path Schedule <br />(CPM) in bar chart format. This CPM will be based upon the phases and milestones previously submitted, inclusive of any <br />required modifications that become apparent during the orientation and initial planning process. The CPM will describe the <br />construction of the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH HERITAGE PARK & PARKING GARAGE project through completion, and include <br />design activities, approval activities, major long lead item submittals, approvals, fabrication, and delivery time frames, as well <br />as construction/installation sequences. Finally, the schedule will define Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) and <br />building commissioning activities, turnover of the substantially completed project and the subsequent final Certificate of <br />Occupancy (CO) for the building. <br /> <br />Detailed CPM Schedule is provided in Section 1 . <br /> <br />SITE LOGISTICS <br /> <br />We understand that the Public Works Building and portions of the Parking Lot currently existing on site must remain fully <br />operational throughout the project. Once the new Parking Garage (Phase I) is completed then we can begin the renovation of <br />the Park in phase II. Therefore our entire program will be sensitive to these tenants and the other existing businesses during <br />our construction schedule. <br /> <br />We have generated and included in this section a Construction Logistics plan that graphically illustrates the location of major <br />elements and equipment including hoists, cranes, trailers, vehicular access and queuing, staging areas and protective <br />measures. <br /> <br />Pavarini intends to build this parking garage with minimal disturbance to the City of Sunny Isles' Resident. The way we do this <br />is through a proactive "team" approach. We focus on team because it takes a lot of people to build a project. This includes <br />the Owner, Architect and the Site Neighbors.
