CONSTRUCTION COMPANY One of the key components of this project during the first phase of construction is to maintain the Public Works Building operational and also maintain 50% of the existing parking spaces while the garage is being constructed. I'; I I I __!_i ., : -- +~ t I . --~ . - --~ ~J-~ I I To maintain the function of the public works building, we intend to encroach on the northwest side of the Public Works parking area in order to complete the new road entrance for the parking garage under phase I. This area is currently being used as an overflow for Public Works Building. The remainder of the construction activities will not disturb the current operations of Public Works. Secondly we have to address the issue of the Collins Avenue Parking Lot. This picture is the Collins Avenue Entrance to the parking lot. The City is requiring that a large portion of the parking spaces remain for continual use during phase I. We propose (see logistics plan) to make this area available with ninety (90 +) parking spaces available with an alternate area, if permitted for another twenty (20) parking spaces, for a total of one hundred ten (110 +). .
