The underground utilities will be <br />coordinated so as not to affect access to the public parking area. <br /> <br />Pavarini will submit a plan for site runoff, pumping and general water displacement which must be approved by DERM. <br />Other items that will be further developed are: <br /> <br />. . Fencing location and gates allowing all trades access and emergency access while maintaining clean street pavement. <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />Temporary water, power and sewer (storm and sanitary) will be coordinated and managed. <br /> <br />Project trailers will be located at the west side of the jobsite, coordinated with site utilities. The project offices will be <br />relocated into the designated garage space on the ground floor. <br /> <br />The handling of materials into the building and debris out will be critical.
