<br />Bill Oakman has 37 years of experience in engineering inspections, field supervision, and
<br />project management on public projects. Bill has extensive construction management soft-
<br />ware experience having completed many successful commercial and municipal projects. Bill
<br />has extensive self performed concrete experience for cast-in-place, pre-cast and post
<br />tension. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence consistently deliver superior
<br />facilities which will be an asset to your project.

<br />Project Role:
<br />Bill will be managing this project during pre-construction and construction as the Project
<br />Manager. He is directly responsible for project management, maintaining the budget, sched-
<br />ule and all reporting. He has a proven track record of within budget and on-time delivery.
<br />He strives for team coordination, clear communication and quality construction from start
<br />through close-out.
