<br />Bill has 29 years of experience in construction management and field supervision. He has
<br />vast knowledge and experience in all aspects of the supervision and coordination of the
<br />construction of numerous high profile, public projects. As a superintendent for Pirtle
<br />Construction Company, he has supervised many parks and parking garage projects. Bill has
<br />extensive self performed concrete experience for cast-in-place, pre-cast and post tension.
<br />
<br />Project Role:
<br />Bill's role for the City of Sunny Isles Heritage Park and Parking Garage project includes
<br />directing the daily progress of the work and supervising all construction field activities and
<br />personnel. His diligence is essential because he coordinates construction activities in
<br />advance to not interfere with the progress of anyone component of the project. His
<br />responsibilities include overseeing quality, safety, subcontractor management and generating
<br />all information needed to create, monitor; and modify the progress schedule on a continuing
<br />basis. He has demonstrated this expertise while working on multiple sites simultaneously.
