<br />Role for this Project
<br />As Project Executive, Peter will work closely with both the preconstruction and
<br />construction teams from estimating to project closeout. He will perform on-site
<br />inspections of the work, review risk control systems and provide advice, council and
<br />direction. He will run monthly owner/architecUconstruction manager meetings.
<br />Peter will have overall project responsibility including but not limited to quality, cost,
<br />schedule and safety.

<br />A 64-story, 1,880,801 sf, mixed-use high-rise which includes a 221-room, Five-
<br />Star Four Seasons Hotel, 185 luxury condominiums, eight penthouses, an 84-
<br />room extended stay hotel, 264,619 sf of office space, a 40,000 sf sports club &
<br />spa, 64,543 sf recreation deck, 12,125 sf of retail space, 9,095 sf of restau-
<br />rants, an 80 ft waterfall and an 892-space, seven-story parking garage. Con-
<br />struction value: $265 million.

<br />. Overtown Transit Village and Parking Phase II
<br />Miami, Florida
<br />A 469,000 sf project that will be a 22 story building consisting of 6 floors of
<br />parking with 335 parking spaces and 16 floors of office space. The structure
<br />will be cast-in-place concrete with post tension slabs, interior shear walls and
<br />perimeter columns. The exterior walls will be CMU with a painted stucco finish,
<br />punched windows and some slab-to-slab window wall. The interior will include
<br />finished elevator lobbies and restrooms with furred out and painted perimeter
<br />walls for an open office area with carpeted floors, 9 ft finished acoustical ceil-
<br />ing, electrical, lighting, and air conditioning distribution. Cost: $57.5 Million

<br />. Overtown Transit Village and Parking Phase I
<br />Miami, Florida
<br />This 554,141 sf project, the latest of several tied to Metroraillines, houses a 17
<br />-story administrative building, ground floor retail, the transit office's credit union,
<br />plus a nine-story parking garage with a 596-car parking capacity. There are
<br />also seven passenger elevators and one service elevator. Cost: $43.8 Million

<br />Hallandale Beach, Florida
<br />A 704,000 sf new condominium high-rise including a 27 -story tunnel form con-
<br />dominium tower; a 4-story tunnel form low-rise condominium building; a
<br />188,892 sf, 4-story precast parking garage with a 551 parking space capability;
<br />a 2-story tunnel form cabana building; and five passenger elevators with one
<br />service elevator. There are a total of 267 condominium units in the tower and
