Four Seasons Hotel & Tower <br />Miami, Florida <br />A 64-story, 1,880,801 sf, mixed-use high-rise which includes a 221-room, Five- <br />Star Four Seasons Hotel, 185 luxury condominiums, eight penthouses, an 84- <br />room extended stay hotel, 264,619 sf of office space, a 40,000 sf sports club & <br />spa, 64,543 sf recreation deck, 12,125 sf of retail space, 9,095 sf of restau- <br />rants, an 80 ft waterfall and an 892-space, seven-story parking garage. Con- <br />struction value: $265 million. <br /> <br />. Overtown Transit Village and Parking Phase II <br />Miami, Florida <br />A 469,000 sf project that will be a 22 story building consisting of 6 floors of <br />parking with 335 parking spaces and 16 floors of office space. The structure <br />will be cast-in-place concrete with post tension slabs, interior shear walls and <br />perimeter columns. The exterior walls will be CMU with a painted stucco finish, <br />punched windows and some slab-to-slab window wall. The interior will include <br />finished elevator lobbies and restrooms with furred out and painted perimeter <br />walls for an open office area with carpeted floors, 9 ft finished acoustical ceil- <br />ing, electrical, lighting, and air conditioning distribution. Richland Memorial North Parking Structure & Campus Roads <br />Columbia, South Carolina <br />A 261,600 sf, 658 parking space, 5 story caisson supported post-tensioned <br />concrete structure with architectural precast concrete exterior and two traction <br />elevators. Met 1 - Miami <br />Miami, Florida <br />A 1,000,000 sf, 447-unit, luxury condominium that includes 90 double story <br />lofts, 336 single story units, 21 penthouses, and a 195,000 sf, 631-space park- <br />ing garage, with a total site area of 1.16 acres.
