Carlos is currently assigned Senior Project Executive for the <br />Miami Intermodal Center. <br /> <br />As the Senior Project Executive, Carlos will be ultimately responsible for all Opera- <br />tional Planning activities for the entire project, and will have overall responsibility <br />for quality, schedule, and cost. In addition, he will be responsible to participate in <br />a kick-off meeting to outline the goals and objectives for the entire project and the <br />working relationships of each project team member.
