<br />As the Project Superintendent, TJ will be located at the site with responsibility for the
<br />planning and direction of all functions at the site including the work of the trade con-
<br />tractors and suppliers. He will establish on-site lines of organization and implement
<br />procedures for coordination between the site contractors and the Project Team. He
<br />will provide regular monitoring of the schedule as construction progresses and de-
<br />termine the adequacy of the trade contractors' personnel and equipment along with
<br />the availability of materials and supplies to meet the schedule.
