<br />As Preconstruction Manager/Chief Estimator for the Miami office, Ken will provide
<br />estimating support for this project and will oversee the entire delivery of Turner's pre-
<br />construction services for the project. He will utilize the entire Miami office Estimating
<br />Department to ensure the early phase planning and preconstruction goals of the
<br />project and team are met. Ken will work closely with PGAL to ensure that the project
<br />adheres to the level of quality intended by plans and specifications while optimizing
<br />any value engineering construction efforts. Ken will also work closely with Carlos to
<br />evaluate all operational planning and scheduling considerations and their respective
<br />impact on the project budget for the FlU Garage Five project. His expertise in esti-
<br />mates, constructibility analysis, value analysis of materials and systems, cash flow
<br />analysis, and master program scheduling means he can deliver realistic budgets to
<br />serve as the basis for team decisions.
