I Description of I Project Team I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Description of Project Team: Due to space constraints, below please fmd a brief description of the DooleyMack Team for this project: James Orlando, President: As president, Jim is responsible for overseeing the day- to-day operations of Dooley Mack Constructors and will oversee all related activities on your project. His focus will be to work closely with the Operations Manager and Sen- ior Project Manager and the rest of the project team in ensure maximum operating re- sults by completing the facility within the properly established budget, schedule and specifications. Jim's related experience includes the Bay Harbor Parking Garage and the St. Lucie Emergency Shelter among several other projects completed for Munici- palities. Bill Conder, Vice President of PreConstruct ion Services: As V.P. ofPreconstruc- tion Services, Bill oversees the commercial estimating of projects. He is responsible for providing owners, subcontractors, and suppliers, cost-data related to project feasi- bility, negotiating prices and organizing bids, preparing conceptual and detailed budget estimates, and providing other technical expertise to owners. Bill's experience in- cludes the Bay Harbor Parking Garage, and several other large parking garages includ- ing two at large airports. Henry Valdivia, Vice President of Operations: Henry is a team-focused and results- oriented operational leader. He has vast experience in municipal projects and is cur- rently working on the Bay Harbor Parking Garage. He will oversee the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager on 1his project. Brian Shirley, Project Manager: As Project manager, Brian will be responsible for managing the overall construction process and related activities on your project. Brian's past experience includes a two sub-level parking garage beneath an Assisted Living facility. Joe Spoto, General Superintendent: As your General Superintendent, Joe will be responsible for 1he overall management at the project site. He will supervise the Pro- ject Superintendent and assist the Project Manager in scheduling. Joe has 25 plus years of superintendent experience managing projects throughout their entire life cycle, from site development to follow up. Joe's related experience includes the Bay Harbor Park- ing Garage and several very large parking garages. He also completed a IO-acre sports arena with baseball and soccer fields. Harry Wing, Superintendent: As Project Superintendent, Harry will provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on your construction project site. He will be responsible for directing and supervising the total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with all plans and specifications.
