Larry is personally responsible for coordinating site <br />safety responsibilities with the Superintendents and the Project Managers. Safety is a <br />''Core Value" at DooleyMack Constructors and is taken very seriously. <br /> <br />Note: DooleyMack Constructors' has several LEED Accredited Professionals on its <br />staff. They are available to provide a thorough understanding of green building prac- <br />tices and principals that relate to LEED requirements, resources and processes. <br /> <br />Summary of any company changes that are anticipated to occur during th~ pro- <br />ject: None. DooleyMack is a 31 year old company with most of our key members <br />being with us for over 5 years (minimum) and some have been here since it's incep- <br />tion...over 31 years. <br /> <br />Evidence of capabilities for construction scheduling, material procurement and <br />assurance that plans, specifications and schedules are met: With our 31 years of <br />experience and our ftrm commitment to safety, quality, budget and schedule, this will <br />ensure our success on your project. We utilize the most updated computer scheduling <br />program (Primavera 6-P6) along with the Construction Management Software, <br />Prolog. <br /> <br />Statement of experience summarizing projects constructed under a similar devel- <br />opment process and a summary of what the Firm can "Bring to the table" for the <br />benefit of the City of Sunny Isles Beach: DooleyMack is currently working on the <br />Bay Harbor Parking Structure in Bay Harbor Island. This along with our vast experi- <br />ence on past projects will bring the expertise required for our team to be successful. <br />The Bay Harbor garage was a competitive bid project totaling 8.7MM DooleyMack <br />was the successful low bid by approximately $800,000, proving our competitiveness in <br />this market. Our (2) offices in South Florida (Ft. Lauderdale and Miami) gives us an <br />advantage of having (2) subcontractor resource pools to draw qualifted, competitive <br />bids. <br /> <br />Our fIrm'S present and projected workload and how th~ Project will be sched- <br />uled within that workload: DooleyMack has just completed two large projects and <br />our team is readily available to dedicate our time and resources to your project. We <br />would also like to point out that we utilize the TEAM Approach when we buy-out a <br />project. Our Operation Managers, Project Managers, as well as your contact on this <br />project, President Jim Orlando, are available to expedite subcontract awards. This al- <br />lows us to get the project up and running quickly and more efficiently. The big advan- <br />tage of working as a team on the buyout is that the buyout is done very quickly at the <br />beginning of the job. This allows the construction team to focus totally on construc- <br />tion, safety, quality, budget and schedule as the buyout is complete.
