These individuals are "hands <br />on" and have many years experience in the Design- <br />Build delivery of projects. <br /> <br />Each project is staffed with a full-time Project Man- <br />ager and'highly skilled Superintendent. We incorpo- <br />rate a fully integrated Timberline job cost accounting <br />system in which a Superintendent with a laptop com- '-:1J <br />puter can input his data from the field and access his <br />job cost. We continue to improve our information <br />systems under the direction of our Information Tech- <br />nology Manager and his staff. Our estimating depart- <br />ment uses the latest technology for quantity takeoff <br />and estimating of cost using our extensive database of historical performance.
