Bobbitt, Vice President David has over 26 continuous years experience in the design and construction of parking ga- rages. He will be directly involved in the design and construction of projects. He has served in design, estimating, sales, project management, vice-president and principal roles on parking projects from concept through closeout. David has considerable expertise in creating and evaluating concepts for parking garages in terms of design efficiency, function, cost, contracting, risk and schedule considerations. He has personally been involved in the design and construction of over 85 parking garages ranging in size from 150 cars to 10,000 cars. Construction systems include: precast concrete, cast in place concrete and hybrid post-tensioned construction. Delivery methods include: lump sum, negotiated, design-build frame only, design-build turnkey, guaranteed maximum price and cost plus/shared savings. Projects include healthcare, hospitality, college/university, aviation, gov- e;nmental and commercial parking facilities. , D'avid has been active in the International Parking Institute, Florida Parking Association and Dbsign Build Institute of America and maintains current knowledge as to the latest develop- ments in the field of parking design and function. He has authored several articles on the sub- ject and co-authored The Detailing of Precast Concrete published in 1990. He received the Certificate of Merit from the Prestressed Concrete Institute in 1991. Davia is licensed by the State of Florida as a Certified General Contractor (CGC15091 02) and will be"directly involved in the planning and construction of the project. Richard L.. '~Buck" Evilsizer, Vice President Operations "'- Buck will be directly involved in the operations at the jobsite and has over 26 continuous years experience in all aspects of concrete construction. Buck has hands on experience in every as- pect of prestressed concrete fabrication, transportation, erection, post-tensioned concrete and cast-in-place concrete construction. Buck has personally been involved in all aspects of con- struction of numerous parking garages in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas and Florida. Construction systems include: precast concrete, cast in place concrete and hybrid post- tensioned construction. Projects include healthcare, hospitality, governmental and commercial parking facilities. Buck has considerable experience in constructability evaluations of parking garages and is a licensed Contractor in Arkansas and Louisiana.
