His role on projects has <br />resulted in a varied background including: Owner's representation, concrete construction pro- <br />ject management, Class A general contracting project management and Design-Build Parking <br />Structures. He is proficient in most construction and scheduling software and offers strong <br />communication skills in both English and Spanish. <br /> <br />Noel has the ability to plan and organize tasks and maintains budgetary, scheduling and su- <br />pervisory responsibilities. Noel will be on site full time. <br /> <br />Jason Hayduk, Superintendent <br /> <br />Jason has over 13 continuous years experience in all aspects of concrete parking garage con- <br />struction and was formally educated at Oklahoma State University. Jason has worked in vari- <br />ous roles during his job training program and has gained considerable experience with precast <br />coQcrete, cast in place and post-tensioned concrete construction. Projects include healthcare, <br />hospitality, governmental and commercial parking facilities. <br /> <br />Jason's strengths include his ability to effectively supervise crews and the work of other trade <br />subcontractors. He maintains a customer focus and is trained to deliver a quality project to the <br />client. Ja~on is fully educated and certified in OSHA safety compliance.. <br /> <br />\.. <br />Rodger Phiilips, General Superintendent <br />.. <br /> <br />Rodger has been employed in the concrete construction industry for 24 years. He has been <br />involved in the construction of numerous parking garages throughout the Southeastern United <br />States. Rodger hfls considerable experience in cast in place post-tensioned construction sys- <br />tems. Rodger is fully educated and certified in OSHA safety compliance.
