SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The scope of services tmder this proposal consists of providing design, construction documents, <br />and construction administration for the Bella Vista Kayak and Canoe Rental Park. The design shall <br />be based on the approved concept sketches submitted and approved by the city of August 3, 2010. <br />For the pmpose of this proposal, the following statements and assumptions are made with respect <br />to the work required as well as the scope of services involved: <br /> <br />CiviVStructural <br /> <br />· The existing wooden shelter will be demolished and two identical ones will <br />be erected in its place. <br />· Conduct search of existing utilities records and "As-Built" drawings within <br />the project area. <br />· Design of on-site paving, grading and drainage. <br />· Design of water serviccs COlUlcction to includc new water meter and <br />irrigation back flow preventer. <br />· Meet with water department to obtain points of cOlUlection and new water <br />service agreement. <br />· Design of structural elements and preparation of stmctural calculations for <br />the following: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Wooden canopy stmctures <br />Canopy foundations <br />Concrete pad for pre-fab guard booth. <br />Concrete steps and handicap ramp <br /> <br />SIB <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT "A" <br />
