<br />of damaged attenuators will be paid for at the invoice price plus 20%, for the new parts as

<br />102-13.12.2 Inertia: Price and payment for the number of modules
<br />necessary for the completed attenuator will be full compensation for furnishing, installing,
<br />maintenance and removal at each specified location. In addition, payment will be made for
<br />new modules replaced due to damages, excluding damage caused by the Contractor's
<br />operations.

<br />furnishing all materials required for a complete installation, including end anchorage
<br />assemblies and any end connections to other structures and for installing, maintaining and

<br />compensation for furnishing and installing, all labor, cables, hardware, accessories,
<br />incidental items necessary for a complete and functional system as described in these
<br />Specifications, including relocating if necessary and any field intensity or other
<br />measurements needed to insure that the system is operating properly and conforms to all
<br />F.C.C. requirements.
<br />102-13.17 Portable Regulatory Signs: Price and payment will be full compensation
<br />for furnishing, installing, relocating, maintaining and removing a completely functioning
<br />system as described in these specifications portable regulatory signs. Price and payment

<br />removing changeable message signs.

<br />labor, hardware, accessories, signs, and incidental items necessary for a complete system.

<br />specification requirements.
