<br />8.1 As Built Drawings - The Design/Build Team shall provide a set of "As Built" Construction Drawings at the <br />end of the Project. <br /> <br />8.2 Warranty - The Skatepark is covered by an unconditional warranty on all building materials and workmanship <br />for one (I) year from the date the City provides written acceptance of the project. <br /> <br />If, within one year after the date of written acceptance any of the Work is found to be not in accordance with <br />the requirements of the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall correct it promptly after receipt of written <br />notice from the Owner to do so unless the Owner has previously given the Contractor a written acceptance of <br />such condition. During the one-year period for correction of Work, if the Owner fails to notify the Contractor <br />and give the Contractor an opportunity to make correction, the Owner waives the rights to require correction <br />by the Contractor and to make a claim for breach of warranty. If the Contractor fails to correct nonconforming <br />Work within reasonable time during that period after receipt of notice from the Owner or Architect, the Owner <br />may correct such deficiencies. In such case an appropriate invoice shall be issued to the Contractor covering the <br />reasonable cost to correcting such deficiencies, including Owner's expenses. <br /> <br />PROJECT DELlVERABLES <br /> <br />Unless otherwise noted. in the effort to reduce the use of paper for reporting, all report submissions will be <br />made electronically in format the meet Town submission requirements. <br /> <br />I. Project Startup <br />· Existing Conditions Survey <br />· Geotechnical Report <br />· A report summarizing the results of the Project Startup Meetings for the Client to review and approve, <br />including: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Brief narrative listing the site constraints and opportunities <br />Finalized Program, Schedule, and Budget for remainder of design process <br />Summary of Public Input from Community Open House. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. Design Development <br />· Final Concept suitable for display showing the site plan and program elements to scale. Submittal to <br />include plan and 3d perspective views and will be submitted on a 24" x 36" sheets for presentation <br />at meetings as well as in digital format. <br />· Cost Estimate <br />· Estimated Construction Schedule <br /> <br />3. Construction Documents <br />· 50% construction documents in AUTO CAD and Microsoft Word on CD. Submission to include: <br />a) Site Master Plan <br />b) Site Drainage Plan <br />c) Site Grading Plan <br />d) Skatepark Materials Plan <br />e) Landscape Plan <br />· Preliminary Construction Cost Estimate <br /> <br />· 100% construction documents in AUTO CAD and Microsoft Word on CD. Submission to include: <br />a) Site Master Plan <br />b) Site Drainage Plan <br />c) Site Grading Plan II <br />
