<br />Task 2. Conceptual Design <br /> <br />2.1 Project Startup Summary Report - Grindline will submit a report summarizing the results of the <br />Project Startup Meetings for the Client to review and approve, including: <br />. Brief narrative listing the site constraints and opportunities <br />· Finalized Program. Schedule, and Budget for remainder of design process <br />· Summary of Public Input from Community Open House. <br /> <br />2.2 Conceptual Design - Upon approval by Client of the summary report, the Design Team will develop will <br />create Final Concept to submit the Client to review and approve. Design team will also submit a cost estimate, <br />and estimated construction schedule for Client to review and approve. Upon Clients approval of final concept <br />plan, the Design Team will further develop the conceptual design for the skate park, and integrate the skate park <br />with the surrounding park <br /> <br />Task 3. Construction Drawings <br /> <br />3.2 Construction Documents - Upon Clients approval of Final Concept. The Design Team will develop <br />and deliver construction documents for the Client to submit for permit. This submittal will represent the final <br />documents and will include all required design information to construct the skatepark. <br /> <br />Task 4. Pre Construction <br /> <br />Submit and finalize Construction Schedule, Schedule of Values, Subcontractor Values, and MWBE Utilization <br />Plan. <br /> <br />Task 5. Permitting <br /> <br />5.1 Construction Permits - Obtain all neccessary permits for construction. Permits will be determined <br />according to the following agencies: <br />. SFWMD - Environmental Resource Permit <br />· DERM - Stormwater Management Permit <br />· City of Sunny Isles Beach - Civil Site Construction Plan Approval <br /> <br />5.2 Shop Drawings - During construction, The Design/Build Team will provide shop and working drawings as <br />required for the Client to review and approve. <br /> <br />Task 6. Construction <br /> <br />Mobilize Field Crew to site and construct park per the final design drawings. <br /> <br />Task 7. Consultation During Construction <br /> <br />The Design Team and Construction Management will follow the construction of the skatepark, and address any <br />unexpected changes in existing conditions and bring those to the attention of the Town for direction on how to <br />proceed. After a review of the changes, the best possible solution or solutions will be brought to the Town for <br />discussion and review of the impact to scope, budget and schedule. <br /> <br />Task 8 Project Closeout <br /> <br />10 <br />
