Are there existing utilities to the site? <br />Water, sewer, and electrical. <br /> <br />4. How long before the City plans to make a selection of shortlisted teams? <br />Beyond that how long before a final decision is made approximately? <br />December, if not, it will be in January. <br /> <br />5. Will the drawings need to stamped by a licensed engineer or a landscape <br />architect or both? <br />Yes, by both. <br /> <br />6.
