Works directly with the Operations Managers to ensure all <br />standards are being met. Responsible for the initial training and orientation for all new <br />client programs. Reports directly to the General Manager. <br /> <br />General Manager: Responsible for overall contract compliance. Works with the <br />Director of Operations on the development of training programs and implementation of <br />safety standards. Coordinates the flow of information between operations and <br />administrative staff. <br />
