PROPOSER'S PLAN Bayus Security Services is fully aware of the significant task of providing crossing guard services for the City of Sunny Isles Beach, School Crossing Guard Services bid, The implementation of our proposed plan for this nature of project is to first apply the facts gathered from an initial survey to arrive at a plan that will be fit the needs of City of Sunny Isles Beach, School Crossing Guard Services. Bayus also understands that there is an expected transitional period between the initial screening and the enforcement of the proposed plan. In response to this expectation Bayus plans to set up a meeting with Bayus team and the management team of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, School Crossing Guard Services immediately following the awarding of the contract to discuss proactive solutions for this transitional period. Essential to the achievement of the transitional period planning, is the close working relationship between key personnel from the law enforcement (chief of Police office) and the Bayus Security transition team. Early involvement of this team will assure complete preparedness by the projected RFP startup date. Bayus Security Services will recommend that the transitional team undertake to review and examine existing crossing guard structures at the school assigned and contingency propositions. The existing Post Orders for the schools will be used as the basis to begin this task. The transitional personnel will become thoroughly familiar with these orders. Subsequent input based upon the broad experience of the team members will be applied to compile comprehensive site specific Post Orders to the satisfaction of team members and the security requirements of this proposal. In order to meet the security needs of the various sectors in City of Sunny Isles Beach, School Crossing Guard Services and to ensure quality guard services on a continual and uninterrupted basis pursuant to City of Sunny Isles Beach, Bayus Security Services, Inc, will utilize the following methodologies and procedures . Initial Survey of the assigned crossing sections . Continuous Monitoring and Supervision (Patrol System) . Management Controls and Supervisory Inspection Systems . Detailed Reporting Procedures . Efficient Schedule Maintenance . Communication and Coordination Systems Initial Survey Action During this phase, Bayus Security Services will obtain as much information as possible in order to fully understand the assigned sections and requirements. During this time, Bayus will also asses the present level of security in place and its effectiveness; identify critical assets that are subject to malevolent acts; and evaluate existing countermeasures. Through this initial survey, Bayus Security Services will be able to determine the concerns of the children and adults at the crossing intersections.
