Communication and Coordination Systems

Bayus Security will provide a comprehensive and integrated communication system as that will
include:

. Bayus Central Station (Dispatching)-Bayus will provide a centralized dispatching
service through the use of a stationary base station or mobile station with five (5) lines, of
which four (4) telephone lines will be dedicated to incoming/outgoing voice phone calls
and one (l) line for faxing purposes. The station will have a staff of experienced
personnel on a 24-hour basis, Bayus key personnel will also be available at the Central
Dispatching station to take immediate action on behalf of Bayus for any emergency
requests and situations.
Furthermore, Bayus currently uses sophisticated and innovative electronic tracking devices in
order to ensure the highest level of security technology and to provide an electronic
documentation of guards activities while on post.

Communication Protocol

SCHOOL

~~~::IN~.., '.
\b
SITE
SUPERVISOR
DISPATCHER
~
FIELD
SUPERVISOR
The school crossing guard's first job is the safety of the children and to be courteous. However,
it is important for the officer to maintain a professional distance between himself/herself and the
client's employees. At the same time, the school crossing guard should make a special effort to
greet the client contact and company officers.
In situations where the school crossing guard is required to keep his post clear or client
personnel, he/she must do so. However, in rare instances or inclement weather or unsafe
surrounding, the school crossing guard must use good judgment and common sense. If it is not
possible to direct the client to a place where he/she may wait in comfort, it may be necessary in
some cases to allow the client's personnel in to the restricted area in such circumstances the
school crossing guard should keep the client's personnel in an area where they can be observed
and controlled.
Communicate with your supervisor if a situation develops where the school crossing guard is
uncertain how to proceed. He/she should contact the supervisor. Unless the matter is pressing,
47
