Transitional Period Bayus consider transition period a very important aspect of Bayus project plan. Toward this end Bayus transition team will gather all necessary materials and information toward a detailed analysis of the improving crossing guard needs. Upon an award of the contract, transition team managers will meet with managers to obtain pertinent information crucial to the smooth running of day-to-day of crossing guard coverage for a particular school. Transition team managers will familiarize themselves with existing post orders, and evaluate its adequacy to the crossing guard needs of such school, and upgrade them to the standards that meet the present security needs of the facility, if necessary. At this time, our management team will present our projected post orders to the building managers of the facilities within the sectors for approval. If the post order is approved, copy of it will be assigned to all designated officers for this project to be studied and be familiar with by them. A copy of this post order will be available at our dispatch office for reference by our dispatch crew. Following the approval of post order, training and orientation session will follow, This will involved the active participation of project managers, supervisors and school crossing guards as well. This initiative will enable Bayus personnel to be well prepared ahead of the start date, so as to realize a hitch-free commencement of crossing guard services at all schools. Weeks during and after commencement of crossing guard services, our managers will conduct a random check of the initial performance of all officers assigned to improving/residential facilities to ensure that post orders are being followed accordingly. Meeting the Scope of Service of the RFP Bayus Security Services Inc. will administer the crossing guard services for the City of Sunny Isles Beach based on a personel administration program that takes into account a thorough understanding of the project scope of services. An abundant recruitment of qualified and experienced personnel will be utilized to staff this project and to reduce employee turnover. Bayus will also implement a high quality orientation and continuous training program throughout the time frame of the contract awarded. Bayus Field Supervisors will inspect all officers for appearance and job performance; they will assure that adequate levels of efforts and responsiveness are maintained throughout the life of the contract. Bayus Security will complete the required documents and undergo all necessary procedures needed to work or perform duties at the schools, All background checks must be cleared. Bayus will provide a centralized dispatching service through the use of a stationary base occupied by experienced personnel on a 24-hour basis. All officers designated for the crossing guard shall meet Bayus stipulated employment criteria, and as well as meet the requirements specified in City of Sunny Isles Beach, School Crossing Guard Services RFP. 48
