And W ASD is sewer? <br />Yes, WASD is sewer, CNMB is the water, and then you have AT&T and FPL (and <br />other utilities) for the rest. And before you get a pel'mit you need to havc all the <br />Lettcl's of "all clear" from those companies. <br /> <br />37. Are there fire hydrants for dust control? <br />In some ofthcm you are going to havc an accessible firc hydl'ant, ill others you have to <br />find the tire hydrants. You may have a problem 011 one of the properties, thc largc onc <br />you will 1I0t, but on thcse two southern most properties 16050 and 16100 Collins <br />Avenuc, you might not have a tire hydrant and may have to run a line somewhcrc. You <br />will have to get a floating metcr from CNMB. Vcndor shall do a ficld visit and assess <br />existing conditions. <br /> <br />It is not your typical demolish kind of project, it is a little bit more but I think with that <br />we have touched on the highlights of these projects. The two critical ones al'e the 350 <br />Sunny Isles Boulevard with the WASD holding tank, and the 215 and 151 Sunny Islcs <br />Boulevard of the acknowledgment within the proposal itsclf.
