<br /> <br />~~ <br />~~~~ <br />~~~ <br />I~~~~ <br />,-, Z~~~~~~.~ <br />~J~~~ .' <br />.x~~~~~ " <br /> <br />/--- <br />()(~I~l'N <br /> <br />IIIJ I L DIN 4, f, Il 0 IJ I) <br /> <br />SCOPE <br /> <br />Ocean construction group shall provide all necessary documentation, property survey, plans, obtaining of all permits <br />required by the City and County agencies and any additional information necessary for the demolition of the existing <br />structures described below. <br /> <br />A. 16050 Collins Ave. Demolition no earlier than 10/12/2011 <br /> <br />B. 16100 Collins Ave. Demolition no earlier than 12/12/2011 <br /> <br />C. 151 Sunny Isles Blvd. Demolition no earlier than 2/12/2012 <br /> <br />D. 215 Sunny Isles Blvd, Demolition no earlier than 2/12/2012 <br /> <br />APPROACH <br /> <br />SITE PERIMETER <br /> <br />Warning notices and restricted area notices will be positioned at vantage points. The permanent working <br />area is to be protected and scaffold prior to main demolition works, solid barriers will be in place to all <br />site boundaries though the provision of either timber, chain link or other type of fencing of utilization <br />of existing boundary walls. <br /> <br />ACCESS <br /> <br />Access and egress to the workforce will via designated routes these will be agreed and implemented by <br />the site supervisor. <br /> <br />WORKFORCE PROTECTION <br /> <br />All temporary barriers and signs etc, will be constantly checked and maintained before and during each <br />working day by the site supervisors <br /> <br />HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br /> <br />Identification and removal of asbestos containing materials (ACM's) will be carried out prior to our com- <br />mencement on site. (Cost will be billed at Labor plus Material) <br /> <br />DUST AND NOISE REDUCTION STRATEGY <br /> <br />Noise of levels will be monitored during the course of the works.
