The materials will then effectively be loaded directly into awaiting containers skips. Works <br />will cease whilst skips are swapped and / or re-arranged to enable continuous filling. Works will com- <br />mence again once the necessary movements have been completed. Movements on and off site are <br />to be fully supervised by the ground operatives at all times. Site pedestrians are to be segregated by <br />the fencing to be erected to the agreed route. Damping down measures in the form of handheld wa- <br />ter spray system may be adopted should the need arise. All runoff water from suppression operations <br />is to be channeled to the nearest low point of the building footprint. <br /> <br />DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURE <br /> <br />Once free of fixtures and fittings and structures are to be demolished by the 360 degree excavator fitted <br />with suitable demolition attachments. Assistance is to be offered by the attending 360 degree excava- <br />tors fitted with suitable attachments. All demolition, processing and concrete/masonry cutting works <br />are to be damped down to act as a dust suppressant during the works, The sequence is to be roof, <br />internal walls, side walls, and finally rear walls. These are the simply pulled inwards into the floor as <br />the works progress.
