<br />URS <br /> <br />Keith Stannard, (contC/.) <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />Environmental Task Manager, SR 826 Mainline Relocation, Miami, <br />Florida Gas Transmission Company (2002-2003): Task .tvlanager for <br />environmental-related tasks associated with relocating a portion of FGT's <br />mainline pipeline along SR 826/Palmetto Expressway in l\1iami-Dade <br />County, Florida. Tasks include conducting wetland and T&E species <br />assessments, preparation of FERC clearance letters to USF\X1S, DCA and <br />SHPO, contamination assessment (Phase I), applying for and obtaining an <br />FDEP ERP, a USACE Section 404 Permit, and a l\1iami-Dade County <br />DEIUvI Class V Dewatering Permit. Additional tasks include federal, state <br />and local agency environmental permitting for installation of a pig <br />launching facility at the interchange of SR 826 and N\X1122nd Street. <br /> <br />Project Biologist, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Florida Keys <br />Carrying Capacity Study (1999-2003): Project Biologist responsible for <br />conducting research to determine the limiting factors of 10 marine and <br />terrestrial ecosystems and 24 species known to exist within the Florida <br />Keys, Monroe County, Florida. Additional tasks included ground- <br />truthing of natural ecosystcms throughout the cntire Florida Kcys to assist <br />with mapping of historic ecosystems by GIS. Results of these tasks wcre <br />incorporated into the GIS model and rcports for the Florida Keys <br />Carrying Capacity Study. <br /> <br />Senior Biologist, Phase V Expansion, Florida Gas Transmission <br />Company (1999-2003): Coordinated and conducted threatened and <br />endangercd species studies, gophcr tortoise permitting through FFWCC <br />and relocations, wetland delineations and functional assessments, <br />contamination asscssments (phase I), applying for and obtaining FDEP <br />ERPs, USACE Section 404 and Section 10 permits and local agency <br />cnvironmental permits, N PDES and dewatcring permitting, F-1 <br />Environmental Documentation (for certification from the FERC) and <br />QA/QC for approximately 260 miles of new pipeline and 12 compressor <br />stations throughout Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. <br /> <br />Registration I Certification <br /> <br />Florida Chamber of Commerce Environmental Permitting Summer <br />School ('98,'02,'05,'06,'08) <br />OSHA 40-Hour Health and Safety Training, 1994 (8-Hour Refresher <br />Nov.
