<br />Overview
<br />
<br />Mr. \X1iley has over 30 years of experience in the planning, design,
<br />construction management and inspection, technical and
<br />economic/ financial evaluation, and modification/ rehabilitation,
<br />construction oversight and project managemcnt of pO\ver water resource,
<br />and civil/mechanical projects.
<br />
<br />His responsibilities have included the planning, design, analysis,
<br />construction management and inspection, and evaluation of projcct
<br />featurcs such as: buildings, nuclear systems, boilers, turbines,
<br />powcrhouses, dams, intake structures, canals, penstocks, gates, stoplogs,
<br />trash racks, material handling, environmental cleanup and wastewater
<br />treatments. I-Ic has been responsible for the preparanon of: mechanical
<br />and hydraulic design computations for ncw and existing nuclear, fossil
<br />fuel and hydroelectric power plant projccts, including design of
<br />mechanical e(]uipment, piping, ventilation, equipment layout and a dam
<br />water control gate modifications; contract plans and specifications for
<br />construction and equipment procurement; and construction management
<br />oversight.
<br />
<br />Mr. \V'iley has been the lcad design enginecr for a large NPDES
<br />wastewater treatment pump station and treatment system. He has been
<br />responsible for the project engineering and construction management for
<br />a 6050' long 9' diameter steel penstock piping project. He has been
<br />responsible for the project engineering and construction management for
<br />a large hydro dam & dike embankment stabilization project.

<br />111 addition tvlr. \V'iley worked on numerous small and large projects at 3
<br />Nuclear Power Plants, 10 plus Fossil Fuel Power Plants, 20 plus
<br />Hydroelectric Power Plants and 10 plus Everglades and Environment
<br />Restoration Sites. He served on a plant operating staff for a period of 5
<br />years as the Senior Plant Engineer at the \X1isconsin Public Service
<br />Corporation 372 M\V' J.P. Pulliam Coal-Fired Power Plant. He has been a
<br />feahu"ed speaker at 3 distributed generation con ferences.
<br />
<br />Prior to joining URS Corporation and \X1isconsin Public Service, he
<br />worked for Gilbert/Commonwealth ,\ssociates (AK:A: \X1orleyParsons) in
<br />the electric utility power plant design and construction management field.
<br />He has had increasing responsibility and was assigned as Project
<br />Manager/Project Engineer on multiple electric power plant and gas utility
<br />projects. I-lis experience includes: building projects, nuclear power plant
<br />projects; fossil fueled power plant projects; hydroelectric and water supply
<br />dams and projects; shoreline protection projects; fossil fueled power plant
<br />projects; flyash landfill projects; former manufactured gas plant
<br />remediation projects; distributed power projects and unique and unusual
<br />building and other projects.
