Overall program operations covered the following serviccs: <br />The dcvelopment of the ncw JMH Master Plan and Phasing Studies for a <br />$480M, 10- year expansion program. The Owner's Project Representative <br />of thc Cl'vi1\R team for the new $459M UM Miller School of Medicine <br />high rise Medical Practice Building. Project program included 144 beds <br />and 850,000 gsf. The Project Management team for the JMH Capital <br />Projects Program covering over 50 projects at over $200M in cost. <br />Projects included: Renovations to patient wings (campus wide); <br />Renovations to OR suites to support Di Vinci robotic surgical system; <br />Renovations to Rehab, Cardio Serviccs and Radiology; Emergency <br />generator upgrades; and Long term carc facility upgrades. The program <br />and projcct management teams consisted of over 15 scnior level project, <br />planning, and design managers who providcd Planning, Pre Construction <br />and Construction Management services. This included the managemcnt <br />of numcrous local and nationaI1\/E and construction firms doing <br />business with JMH and UM Miller Mcdical School. <br /> <br />Project Management for Private Defense Contractors: <br /> <br />Project Architect <br />Apache Attack Helicopter Assembly Plant, Mesa, AZ <br />The Boeing Company <br />Project planning and design scrvices for the initial development of the <br />1\pache AH-64 helicopter assembly plant (under McDonnell Douglas) <br />and future plant expansion (under Boeing) for Apache and Longbow <br />helicopter programs. Project included new assembly plant headquarters <br />facility and helicopter testing / training facilitics for U.S. .A.rmy. <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />Project Manager <br />Raytheon Consolidation Program, Tucson, AZ <br />Raytheon Missile Systems <br />Consolidation of multiple plant operations to the Tucson plant and one <br />million SF of expansion to plant facilities (offices, labs, testing & support, <br />manufacturing and assembly) for development and manufacturing of <br />missile systems for Army, Navy and Air Force. Services included master <br />planning, and on-site A/E engineering support services. <br /> <br />3 <br />
