Provided the Town the project <br />management and field inspectors for the capital program construction <br />projccts. Provided the administrative management for the Town's design <br />reviews of CIP projects and the management of the Town's l\/E <br />consultants including contract negotiations and invoicing rcvicw. <br />Presentations to the mayor and council on the status of the program and <br />neighborhood homc owner associations. <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />Senior Program Construction Manager <br />Seattle School District BEX II Program, Seattle, W A <br />$384M 4 year capital program <br />Program included over 24 elcmentary, middlc and secondary schools <br />throughout thc district. All design and construction projects required <br />planning and zoning review by City agencies which ultimately required <br />work involving improvements to site, street and utility infrastructure <br />supporting thc school district's project site. Program Construction <br />Management services included assistance to the District in the <br />procurement, selection and contract negotiations for both professional <br />A/E services and thc CMAR. SelTices also included the individual <br />projcct management as well as the overall management of the entire CIP <br />and reporting to thc School Board on a regular basis. Management <br />services included coordination and oversight of the entire project from <br />planning through design and construction and as District's representative <br />_ presenting projects to the various governmental agencies including City <br />streets and utilities departments. Typical Program project: Cleveland High <br />School's $60.3 million, 187,700-square-foot project being delivered using <br />the GC/CM process.
