As a senior level program and project construction <br />manager, he has been responsible for the management of capital <br />improvement programs and projects from $20M - $1.28 in value. Mr. <br />\X1ilson has experience and knowledge of both federal and state (FS 287 <br />and CCNA) compliance and regulations and the required management of <br />public funded projects. I-lis work with municipal, county, state and <br />federal agencies has led to successful capital improvement programs and <br />projects. Mr. Wilson brings strong experience in total project <br />management including planning, environmental, health and safety, design <br />and construction management services which includes direct interface <br />with agency funding and using agency departments. He has managed and <br />led professional project service teams for both publically funded programs <br />such as Town of Southwest Ranches, Palm Beach County S\'V A as well as <br />for private industries such as Intel, Boeing and Raytheon. Mr. \X1ilson also <br />brings knowledge in wide range of project types as well as infrastructure <br />and environmental consultancy services. He has spent the last three years <br />managing a project and construction teams involved with a large capital <br />improvement program in Palm Beach County Florida. <br /> <br />Project-Specific Experience <br /> <br />Public CIP - Owners Program PM/CM Manager: <br /> <br />Program Director <br />Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County, FL <br />$1.28 Capital Improvement Program <br />Services provided: Program Management, Project & Construction <br />Management, Claims Litigation Support, Design-Build Project Delivery <br />Support. Program and construction management services for the <br />1\uthorities 10 year capital improvement project plan that included 30 new <br />capital projects for: Landfill and associated utility support infrastructure, <br />Transfer stations, Materials recycling, \X1aste to Energy plant <br />modifications and future $700M Mass Burn facility. Services also <br />included assistance with the development and implementation of Design- <br />Build project delivery method. Assistance to Authority for re-organization <br />of Engineering Dept. Development and implementation of a program <br />wide Project and Construction Management Manual. CM support <br />services for: Water & Waste Water Utility Relocation for S\X'CTS Phase I <br />Partial Closure ofLF Cells 7 -10; Central County Transfer Station Phase <br />I - construction completion; Central County Transfer Station Phase II - <br />renovation / re-use; New Materials Recycling Facility - owner <br />representative for D-B; Program Management Support Services included: <br />Assistance with oversight of $1.2 B capital projects program including <br />management and submittal of monthly Capital Program Reports. <br />
