Improvements to the San Ysidro / Tijuana site (world's busiest border crossing) services included Border Site Traffic Studics (including car / truck & mass transit inspection lanes), pcdestrian crossing studies for security and control. New road lane alignments, signage and paving. Ne\v station booths and hardening, security systems and lighting and covered crossing roof structure. Services included Master Planning, roadway / sitc civil engineering and architectural design. Pre Design Planning with INS and U.S. Border Patrol. PM in charge of proposal developmcnt and all Planning & A/E services and submittal to U.S. General Services Administration. 5
