Operated lviini-SID and <br />monitored/reviewed CSL testing data <br /> <br />SR 804 (Ocean Avenue) Replacement Bascule Bridge, <br />Boynton Beach, FL - 1/99 to 6/00 <br />Surveillance and inspection of drilled shafts and pressure grouted, <br />auger pile construction for the SR 804 Bridge over the Intracoastal <br />\X1aterway, Boynton Beach, Florida. Installed over 80 drilled shafts <br />and 50 ACIP piles. Provided CEl of 40 foot high reinforced earth <br />approach embankment construction including monitoring of <br />geotechnical pore pressure cells, settlement plates and slope <br />indicator casings. <br /> <br />,..-- <br />~ <br /> <br />17th Street Causeway Replacement Bascule Bridge, Fort <br />Lauderdale, Florida - 2/98 to 5/98 <br />Surveillance and inspection of drilled test shaft construction for the <br />17th Street Causeway Bridge over the Intracoastal \X1aterway as part <br />of District-wide contract for the testing and analysis of bridge <br />foundations. <br /> <br />SR 20 Replacement Bridge, Blountstown, Florida - 8/96 to <br />3/97 <br />Surveillance and inspection of drilled shaft construction for the SR <br />20 Bridge over the Apalachicola River. Installed over 100 drilled <br />shafts with diameters ranging from 4 to 9 feet to depths up to 100 <br />feet deep. Operated SID and performed slurry density testing. <br /> <br />State Road AlA (MacArthur Causeway), Miami, Florida - <br />12/93 to 3/96 <br />Surveillance and inspection of drilled shaft construction for the <br />MacArthur Causeway Bridge (1-395), Miami, Florida.
