Mr.
Richterkessing has been involved in highly specialized tasks, like
evaluation of non-destructive testing methods for segmental concrete
bridges, and the design of segmental bridges along with the load rating of
segmental bridges under the LRFR guidelines in the State of Florida. His
knowledge of software programs include BD-2, SAP2000, Leap Bridge
Suite, MDX and FLPier for analysis, j\utoCAD and Mlcrostation for
detailing and the creation of Excel spreadsheets for repetitive calculations.
Mr. Richterkessing related experience includes:

Project Specific Experience

SR 826/ SR 836 Interchange Design-Build-Finance Project, Miami,
(2009-Present). -Senior Structural Reviewer of plans and calculations of
several Categories 1 and 2 bridge structures in final design phase. This is
a fully directional 4-level interchange with over 40 briidge, composed of
prestressed concrete beam, steel plate girder, and segmental bridge
structures.

SR AlA Over Little Mud, Blind and Big Mud Creek Bridge and FPL
Intake and Discharge Bridge Widening, Broward County, FL
(DMJM-Harris, 2005) Structural Engineer under the FDOT District 4
District Wide Consultant Plans Review and Design Contract
responsible for review of the Initial and Final Engineering (including
calculations) submittals of four simple span cast-in-place slab bridges
(including two bridge widening and two bridge modifications) and one
bridge replacement. Existing bridges were widened approximately 7.5 feet
to provide a protected sidewalk at the existing bridges. Bridge over Little
Mud was an 87'-8" single span pres tressed girder bridge supported by pile
ben ts.

US 1 Widening over Canal C-I03 & C-I03N, Miami-Dade County,
FL (DMJM-Harris, 2005) Structural Engineer responsible for review
of Bridge Development Report and 30% plans for the widening of
existing north bound and south bound prestressed sonovoid slab bridges
over Canal C-103 & C-103N under the FDOT District 6 District Wide
General Consultant Contract. Existing 3-span bridges, C-103 & C-
1 03N, consists of 3-21' spans and 20'-28'-20' spans, respectively. The
bridge widenings were from 9'-12' and consisted of a cast-in-place flat
slab bridge doweled into existing deck and extension of the existing bridge
abutments and pile bents.
