<br />!vir. Stannard has over 17 years of experience in conducting and managing
<br />professional ecological investigations required for environmental
<br />assessment of a wide variety of public and private sector projects
<br />including linear facilities (roadways, railways, pipelines), site development
<br />(industrial, residential, mixed-use) and special-purpose projects (offshore
<br />facilities, marinas, dams, maintenance dredging, basin studies, etc.). He
<br />has an in-depth knowledge of federal, state and local environmental
<br />regulatory criteria and associated agency procedures in relation to NEP A
<br />and environmental resource permitting. He also has extensive experience
<br />with marine and terrestrial wetland ecology; wetland mitigation;
<br />threatened and endangered species conservation protocols and Section 7
<br />consultation.

<br />Lead Biologist, Cape Sable Canals Dam Restoration Project,
<br />Everglades National Park, National Park Service (2008-Present):
<br />Lead biologist responsible for preparation of an Environmental
<br />Assessment (EA) [or the restoration of two breached dams in Cape Sable,
<br />ENP. Tasks include NPS/ENP internal scoping, public and agency
<br />scoping/ consultation, data collection, data analysis, preparation of the EA
<br />and FONSI.

<br />Project Manager, Tamiami Trail Vista Clearing Mitigation
<br />Feasibility Study, FDOT, District VI and Everglades National
<br />Park/National Park Service (2008): Conducted a mitigation feasibility
<br />analysis to determine the potential benefit of utilizing the NPS-planned
<br />lO-mile vista clearing project as mitigation to compensate for a portion of
<br />the proposed freshwater wetland impacts associated with the FDOT's
<br />Krome Avenue widening project.

<br />Project Manager, Compressor Station Contamination Assessments,
<br />Phase VIII Expansion, Florida Gas Transmission (2008-Present):
<br />Project Manager responsible to conduct Phase I contamination
<br />assessments and title searches for the proposed expansion of four existing
<br />compressor stations (CS 11-14) and one new compressor station (CS 29)
<br />associated with the Phase vnl Expansion program.

<br />Project Manager, Hydrogeologic Study-Archbold Biological Station,
<br />Greenfield #3 Lateral, Phase VIII Expansion, Florida Gas
<br />Transmission (200S-Present): Project Manager responsible to conduct
<br />a hydrogeologic investigation to model potential impacts to the flow of
<br />groundwater between Lake Annie (Archbold Biological Station) and Lake
<br />Placid as a result of constructing a new pipeline lateral between the two
<br />lakes just north o[ SR 70 in the Lake Wales Ridge area.
