Drainage Studies and <br />Environmental Permitting Consultant, FDOT, District IV (2006- <br />Present): Manage and direct environmental permitting activities and <br />other environmental-related studies for various large and small-scale <br />FDOT roadway and bridge improvement projects throughout Broward, <br />Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie and southern Indian River Counties in <br />Florida. <br /> <br />Project Manager, Calypso U.S. Pipeline - Grand Bahama Island, <br />Bahamas to Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdalc, Florida (2001- <br />Prescnt): Environmental Task Leader and Project Manager for thc <br />preliminary design and environmental impact analysis neccssary to apply <br />for and subsequently modify environmental permits from the USACE, <br />FDEP and Broward County for the United States portion of a proposed <br />90-mile pipeline from Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas to Ft. Laudcrdale, <br />Florida. Thc project included an extensive altcrnatives analysis evaluating <br />trenching, directional drilling, and hmncling alternatives resulting in an <br />approximate 3-mile mincd 10-foot diamcter tunnel beneath thc nearshorc <br />coral reef systems (in place of previously proposed directional drill and <br />trcnching methods). Tasks also include the preparation of F-l <br />Environmcntal Documcntation (Rcsource Reports) and applying for and <br />subsequently modifying the issued CPCN from FERC. 'rasks also <br />included the performance of wetland and marine benthic resource <br />surveys/ asscssments (utilizing undcrwater vidco), marine and freshwater <br />impacts analysis, protected plant and wildlifc and habitat survcys, <br />mitigation planning and dcsign, coordinating public/agency workshops <br />and presentations, and long-term coral relocation monitoring associated <br />with the impacts resulting from the marinc gcotechnical analysis. <br /> <br />Project Manager, City of Doral, Miami-Dade County, Florida (2007- <br />Present): Project Manager for various environmental-related tasks to be <br />performed on an as-needcd basis. Tasks include wetland delineations and <br />assessments, Phase I contamination rcviews, threatened and endangered <br />species surveys/assessments, development feasibility analysis, and <br />environmental resource pcrmitting for City improvement projects. <br /> <br />Environmental Task Manager, Amelia Earhart Park, Miami-Dade <br />County Parks and Recreation (2007): Task Manager responsible for <br />the performance of a wetland delineation and assessment within the <br />northern lOG-acre l\lountain Bike Trail area. <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />Project Manager, Compressor Station 22, Miami, Florida Gas <br />Transmission Company (2004-2007): Project Manager and task leader <br />for environmental-related tasks associated with FGT's proposed <br />Compressor Station 22 in Miami, Florida. Tasks include conducting an <br />ecological assessment and preparing FERC clearance letters to USF\\1S, <br />DCA and SHPO, stormwater design, regulatory agency coordination, <br />applying for and obtaining an ERP through the FDEP, IW-5 and Class V <br />Dewatering permits through Miami-Dade County DERM, EQCB <br />
