<br />Environmental Task Manager, Biscayne Landing Development,
<br />City of North Miami (2007-Present): Task Manager responsible for the
<br />development's long-term wetland mitigation monitoring program for
<br />several wetland mitigation areas ranging from approximately 30 acres to
<br />less than 1 acre in size. Tasks include environmental permit compliance
<br />tracking, mitigation maintenance contractor oversight, and applying for
<br />environmental/ drainage design permits/mods. from Federal, State and
<br />County agencies for various development improvements (including
<br />adjacent roadways).

<br />Environmental Task Manager, Lucy Street Interchange at Florida's
<br />Turnpike, Miami, State Environmental Impact Report (SEIR),
<br />FDOT Florida's Turnpike Enterprise (2007-Present): Managing
<br />environmental tasks associated with the performance of a SEIR (privately
<br />funded). Tasks include preparation of a WER, ESBA, CSER, NSR, AQR
<br />and a SEIR for submittal to FH\,:(!A (including public involvement) for
<br />proposed interchange improvement alternativcs.

<br />IV (2006-Present): Responsible for applying for and obtaining
<br />environmental resource, stormwater management, and right-of-way
<br />permits for misccllaneous City-wide drainage improvements.

<br />Environmental Studies Task Manager, Misc. District-wide PD&E
<br />Contract, FDOT, District IV (2004-Present): Task Manager for
<br />environmental studies associated with miscellaneous PD&E projects
<br />throughout Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie and southern Indian
<br />River Counties. Tasks include the performance of PD&E Re-evaluations,
<br />benthic survcys (incl. oyster beds), agency coordination, contamination
<br />assessments, wetland evaluations, EFI-l assessments, scrub-jay and gopher
<br />tortoise surveys, wetland mitigation, value-engineering workshops and
<br />preparation of Wetland Evaluation Reports, Endangered Species
<br />Biological Assessments, and Contamination Screening Evaluation
<br />Reports. Recent assignments include SR 707 (Martin County) and SR 70
<br />(St. Lucie County) PD&E projects, the latter being the first PD&E study
<br />in ~istrict IV carried out under the E'lDM Program.

<br />Environmental Task Manager, Krome Avenue South PD&E Study,
<br />FDOT, District VI (2004-Present): Task l\1anager for environmental
<br />tasks associated with the preparation of an Environmental Impact
<br />Statement (EIS) associated with the performance of a PD&E Study to
<br />analyze proposed roadway alignment alternatives for Krome Avenue from
<br />SW 296th Street to SW 136th Street. Tasks include data collection,
<br />impact analyses, public involvement, agency coordination, preparation of
<br />a \\1ER, ESBA, CSER, NSR, AQR, and a Farmlands Analysis. Extensive
<br />coordination was conducted with the Miami-Dade County
<br />Environmentally Endangered Lands (EEL) Program regarding potential
<br />impacts to protected lands (Owaissa Bauer Addition No.1) and critically
<br />imperiled plant species. The project included preparation of a OEIS,
